Delivery
If you choose to make a purchase through our secure checkout link and pay via card or PayPal, you will receive immediate delivery of your order once the payment for the purchase order and invoice has been successfully processed.
Upon completing the order and payment process, we will promptly send you the serial numbers for the products you have purchased via email. Please note that we exclusively offer electronic distribution, and no physical materials will be sent through traditional mail.
Refund Policy
We offer full-featured, 30-day trials for all our products, allowing you to download and test them completely free of charge. We believe in giving our customers the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate our products before making a purchase. Please note that due to the nature of our trial period, we do not provide refunds once the software has been delivered.
In the rare event of fraudulent transactions where you suspect a stolen credit card was used to purchase our products, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Kindly provide your contact information along with details regarding your credit card issuer. Upon confirming evidence of fraud, we will promptly issue a full refund.

License Renewal
Our subscription plans are billed on a yearly basis. For purchases made with a card, the license renewal can be processed automatically or manually based on your preference.
If vour initial purchase was made using a purchase order (PO). the license renewal should be done manually. We will send you a reminder notification 30 days prior to the renewal date to ensure vou are aware of the upcoming renewal process.

Yes, we provide a 14-day free trial for all our online and on-premise products. This way you can experience the full functionality of our offerings before making a purchasing decision.
As the Virto ONE License is a subscription license, you will need to renew it annually before the subscription expiration date. We will send you a reminder notification and a letter from us 30 days prior to this date.
The Virto ONE License is a 12-month subscription license that grants you access to all Virto products for SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019 (SE), and SharePoint Online, using a single serial number for each SharePoint Web Front-End Server. This key allows you to upgrade any product version without the need for new serial numbers. The migration fee is 25% of the product price if you decide to migrate to another SharePoint version. Additionally, when products are upgraded, you will have access to the latest version.
No, you do not need to purchase a new license. However, you will need to pay a migration fee to transfer your licenses. After the purchase, you can request a new activation key for SharePoint 2019. Please note that migration is only possible if you have an active maintenance plan. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a new license.
Yes, you will need to purchase a Developer Edition license for each development, testing, or QA server. Please keep in mind that we do not sell the Developer Edition separately from the Production edition. Contact our sales department for additional information.
You have the option to renew your Support Subscription at a discounted price before the subscription expiry date. We will send you a reminder notification at least 30 days prior to this date to inform you about the renewal process. If you decide to renew your subscription after the expiry date, the early renewal discount will not apply, and the cost will be the same as that of a new license. Please note that if your Production and Development licenses have the same expiry date, you need to renew both licenses. You cannot renew the Development license without renewing the Production subscription.
We offer a 50% discount for on-premises products, while the price for online products is the same. There is a grace period of 30 days (upon contacting sales), but please be aware that Online products will be turned off if not renewed in time. For online products, we offer a 15-20% discount for non-profit organizations and 7-10% for resellers for subscription renewal.
After the expiry date, the price of the Subscription renewal will be the same as the full price of the License.
