A recent update to Microsoft Teams’ Apps Management has led to unexpected issues for some users, particularly those using the Virto Calendar App. Users have reported difficulties finding the app and its associated setup tabs. For now we have a workaround for those struggling to locate the Virto Calendar App.
If you’re a Teams Administrator, follow these steps to restore access to the Virto Calendar App:
First, access Microsoft Teams via browser (this is crucial!). Navigate to your Apps list and search for Virto Calendar Pro.
Edit its availability settings to “Available to No One.”
Refresh the page, then change the setting back to “Available to Everyone.”
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, try “Block app,” refresh the page, and then “Unblock.”
After completing these steps, the Virto Calendar App should reappear in your Microsoft Teams browser interface. You can then proceed to add it as a tab once again.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience. Our team is awaiting Microsoft’s updates and fixes regarding the setup tab problem and will provide updates as soon as they become available.
